The Waymakers Change Experience – On Demand ©, created by celebrated equity strategist Tara Jaye Frank, is a series of 9 self-paced courses* for individual leaders and colleagues who aspire to create or contribute to a more equitable and inclusive workplace. The lessons draw on human need and motivation to help participants recognize when and how they can positively impact another’s workplace experience and provide practical strategies and tools that enable them to lead and relate across differences with increased competence (skill) and confidence (courage). *Power Bundles and a VIP Journey bundle are also available.
